From The Artist: I always turn to my son, Levi to see what he sees in created abstract painting.He pretty much is my “little manager.” And has named majority of my artwork.
I asked Levi,” What do you see?”
Levi blurted out,
“It's a big flower with faces! Don’t you see the faces?
Can you please hang this one in my room? I like to see things and stare at it.”
This melted my heart not only as a mother but a artist as well.
I’m truly intrigued how a little one can look at and make their on perception of what it is by abstract art. Art is in the eye of the beholder. Abstract art gets the wheels a turning and I am very much drawn to this idea.
